We had to wait 40 minutes because they could not find our reservation. We had call USA to fix the problem. Also 2 emty glases with ices cubes they charged us for 100 turkish liras wich was unfair. The guy in the kitchen was abnormal that he was talking so much and a fact he sat on next to us for chatting

El hotel como instalaciones y ubicación es bastante bueno sin embargo los servicios son bastante malos por ejemplo: - En el restaurant solo sirven un plato, no tienen opciones. - Nadie habla ingles - No hacen la limpieza y cambio de toallas diariamente - El personal es muy poco atento, nadie siquiera saluda

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und speziell. Sehr freundlicher Service, auch Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr nahe. Für Midjat ist das Hotel sehr originell und nur empfehlenswert.

Mangelhafter Service

Nur eine Frau sprach und verstand etwas Englisch. Uns wurde ein von äußerer Unruhe belastetes Zimmer in den unteren Katakomben zugewiesen, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste im Hotel waren und wir so keinen uns versprochenen Stadtblick hatten. Die Rezeptionistin tat sich sehr schwer, uns ein anderes ruhiges Zimmer ohne Stadtblick zu geben. Die Bitte um zwei Gläser wurde abgelehnt. Insgesamt war das Personal überhaupt nicht gästeorientiert und sehr engstirnig. Zum Frühstück mussten wir mehrmals um Brot bitten, bis wir Erfolg hatten.

Yetersiz temizlik

Otel çok güzel ancak inanılmaz bir hijyen eksikliği var. Bu kadar pahalı bir otelin bu kadar pis olmasını aklım almıyor. Oda hiç temizlenmemiş. Çarşaflar değiştirilmemiş, önceki müşterinin saçları kılları yatağın içindeydi. Oda tozlu ve pisti. Jakuzinin içinde bir sürü pislik ve kıllar vardı. Zeynep Hanım'a teşekkür ederiz sağolsun çok ilgilendi bizzat kendisi odayı temizledi ancak bir kişinin her şeye koşması mümkün değil. Zeynep Hanım olmasaydı konaklamadan çıkacaktık. Sabah gelen kahvaltı tabağı başkasının arta kalan tabağıydı ve içinde bir sürü ekmek kırıntısı vardı. Bunu gördükten sonra daha fazla konaklamanın anlamı olmadığını düşündük ve ayrıldık.

Ich war dort wegen der Live Musik an einem Samstag Der Restaurant Chef hat penetrant gerochen und dies haben alle Gäste sehr unangenehm gefunden. Er hat das gleiche Oberteil tagelang angehabt und hat somit die Tage beim Frühstücken bei vielen durch den unangenehmen Geruch versaut. Ich habe dort einmalig am nächsten Tag gefrühstückt und es war für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sehr schlecht.

Unique hotel in UNESCO preserved old structure

Amazingly beautiful hotel in the UNESCO preserved part of old Midyat.beautiful stonework and great views of the old city from the terrace.... would recommend trying to get one of the rooms on the terrace level if you can!

Otrolig bra läge i hjärtat av ”gamla” Midyat. Man bor i ett gammalt autentisk Midyat hus i sitt rum. Otrolig rik frukost där man får prova på allt området har att erbjuda. Väldigt bra live musik underhållning och restaurang & bar på kvällen!

Un piacevole soggiorno

L'albergo è, dal punto di vista architettonico, magnifico, e collocato nel pieno della stupenda città vecchia di Midyat. Dispone di un garage e il personale, anche se in gran parte non parla altro che turco e curdo, è molto cortese e di aiuto. Il ristorante sulla terrazza, pur avendo qualche difetto dal punto di vista culinario - diciamo che è buono ma non eccellente - offre una terrazza rinfrescante, nel gran caldo circostante, con una vista formidabile. Unico neo, qualche difetto nei servizi: nella prima stanza che ci era stata assegnata si era rotto il rubinetto del lavandino e in quella in cui ci hanno trasferiti l'aria condizionata era molto debole, con conseguente inevitabile sudata. L'hotel dispone anche di un servizio lavanderia.

Personnel très serviables. Bel immeuble. Mais, Pas d’intimité dans la salle de bain, pas assez d’attention dans les détailles pour le prix qu’on paye. J’ai réservé pour 72€. J’ai vu le lendemain qu’on m’a pris 73,50€ de ma carte de crédit.

SİZ SİZ OLUN BU OTELE GİTMEYİN

Otelin fiyat fayda dengesini kesinlikle sağlamıyor.14 ü biraz gecerken otele vardık,erken geldiniz diye karşılandık,odamız hazır değilmiş 45 dk civarı beklemek zorunda kaldık.Akşam yemeği için restorana indiğimizde heryer boş olmasına ragmen kıyıda bir masa gösterdiler,buralara niye oturamıyoruz diye sorduğumuzda hepsi reserve canlı müzük var denildi.Dışarıda yemek yemeye karar verdik ancak 1 saat 45 dk sonar geldiğimizde oturmak istediğimiz masalar doluydu ve canlı müzük 00 a kadar devam ettiği için gürültüden uyumak mümkün değildi.Ayrıca arabanızla gittiğinizde otopark var denmesine ragmen kapısı bile olmayan yere arabanız koyulmak isteniyor.Kesinlikle gitmeyin derim,Midyatta en son gidilecek otel olabilir bence
