"Our room was modern, clean, quiet, comfortable, with a terrific large bathroom, and only a couple blocks from the Napoli Centrale train station. The hotel is in a dedicated portion of a larger residential building with an exterior entrance. Sophia checked with us a day ahead, then met us at the door to ensure we could get in and had everything we needed. Breakfast is pastry and coffee at a cafe across the street. We sat down for table service before catching a train to our next stop. The pastries were warm and the coffee was perfect. The area near the train terminal is gritty and urban, typical of a large city, but we didn't have any concerns.The service was excellent and we would happily stay again. A great value, too. "This is an excellent choice for a hotel stay in Naples; the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. If safety is a concern, the hotel is without doubt, a first choice. Vehicles cannot travel beyond a check point well in front of the hotel building and the location at the port provides an extra layer of security. The hotel is also close to many great restaurants and other city attractions. The staff is also friendly and professional. Go there; you will not be disappointed!"

"The room was amazing with good facilities and a comfy large bed. The shared kitchen was nice and easy to use. The whole place was clean and inviting. Located really well for Naples station as well as the town. The host's communication was amazing and gave us all the info we needed up front. Don't forget 10c for the lift, as it's on the 4th floor and it's needed for heavy luggage"
