"Room was terribly hot! Even though your key card shuts everything in the room off when you remove it, somehow they are able to turn off the AC in the room from the desk. We woke up sweltering and sweaty every morning, as it seemed they shut the AC unit off at 7am. First morning I thought the AC was broken, so I went to the front desk to report it and they explained they turned it off! They asked if I was leaving for the day, and when I was coming back. What difference does that make, when everything shuts off when you leave the room anyway."

"The hotel is really nice, really clean and with plenty of amenities. The pools were also really nice and beautiful palm trees to give you that serene look. The views of the mountains surrounding the property is really great. The restaurant food was superb. We were not expecting such high quality delicious food. It was so pleasant. The staff was super friendly and helpful even with our very limited Italian. They also provided recommendation on what to do. If you happen to be staying at this property, do yourself a favor and ask about their olive oil that they produce, really great product! "
