This lovely two bedroom, beachfront apartment is located in the complex of Lubina del Sol, in Riviera del Sol. The secure gated complex offers a large communal pool within the well maintained gardens and has access directly onto the promenade and beachfront. The complex is surrounded by a choice of restaurants, bars and a beach club and shops. Miraflores Golf Club is just 2.5km away. The apartment offers hot & cold aircon units and free WIFI.



This tastefully furnished apartment is located on the first floor and is arranged over one level. There is a separate, well equipped kitchen. The open plan living space offers a large L-shaped sofa, a 39" TV with a Firestick and a dining table and chairs to seat four people. Access the terrace from the dining area to enjoy the lounge seating area and hanging egg chair while taking in the beautiful sea views. The terrace benefits from glass curtains offering an open or closed terrace area.
