E03 Antares - Apartment

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom renovated first floor apartment with a South Facing balcony. There is also a roof terrace offering panoramic views over the surrounding areas and the Mediterranean, with all day sun it's perfect for sunbathing.



Wifi and Internet TV are provided.



With beautifully landscaped gardens and a free-form swimming pool, Antares is a much sought after destination and is visited year after year by happy returning holidaymakers.

Amenities and the beach are a pleasant fifteen minute walk away and there is a local bar just around the corner



The swimming pool is closed during the period mid-October to mid-May. From 16 May to 15 October the pool is open when a lifeguard is present - times vary month to month.

As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.



Additional person supplement - 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).

A €50 booking fee is payable on each booking.



Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €20 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and €60 for a 3 bedroom property.



Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details.



Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

Geweldig

Gezellig, proper, verzorgd appartement. Goed ingedeeld, mooie terrassen. Dichtbij winkels en strand maar toch rustig gelegen in een mooie groene, piekfijn verzorgde omgeving. Aangenaam proper zwembad met groot ondiep stuk voor kleine kinderen om te spelen. Vriendelijke redder hele dag aanwezig. Vriendelijk en vlot contact met Suncoaster. Wij komen terug! Jammer dat er geen ligbedden en parasol aanwezig waren voor aan het zwembad.
