Perfect apartment

Loved our stay. Hosts are great communicators and are contactable all the times. Very quick to answer queries. Apartment is spotless and great outdoor balcony for dinners.

Poor communication with the host.

Although we loved the position and outlook of the apartment the host was difficult to get hold of only via text . The apartment was poorly equipped not enough wine glasses, cups for six people we continually had to have the dishwasher on and only one towel each which meant we had use the washing machine more - not ideal when there was a water shortage whilst we were there. The shower door fell off and hit my sister on the head but wasn’t repaired so very dangerous. We were not informed when checking in there were two lots of keys so throughout our stay we only had one lot which made going out of the complex difficult between four of us. He asked us for the spare set on departure but he should have informed us beforehand that two sets of keys were provided .Bathroom’s definitely need updating especially the small one . The cleaning lady was appreciated each week to change the bedding. Both pools were closed and were advertised as being open all year round and we were not informed of this either. We would return to Mi Capricho but not use that host as he didn’t ring us , give us any information about the apartment or communicate professionally in our opinion .
