This new and stylish three-bedroom apartment is located in the secure, sought-after Casa Banderas complex in La Cala de Mijas. The gated community offers three communal outdoor pools (one with disabled access), a padel court, children’s play area, indoor gym and outdoor fitness machines (gym/padel via concierge booking).



The apartment is arranged over one level and is beautifully furnished throughout. The open-plan lounge and kitchen lead out onto a very large, spacious terrace, ideal for outdoor living.
