Casa del Sol Welcome to our new holiday home, Las Gaviotas, located in Calahonda. Our new, modern garden apartment is accessible from the entry area on the same floor. The open-plan living/dining area has a flat-screen TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi stereo system, fireplace, dining table, climate control system (living room), and a corner sofa—perfect for some total reaxation. The new, built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired--cooking
is a joy here. The internet connection is provided via a WLAN router and is included in the rental price. The master bedroom is quite charming and outfitted with a bed (150cm x 190cm), closet, safe, flat-screen TV, LED ambient lighting, and a ceiling fan. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. This room also has a closet as well as a ceiling fan. The bathroom is mothern and is equipped with a floor level shower, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, and hand/bath towels. A washing machine is also available. Parking is available directly in front of the home. Enjoy a glass of wine and take in the ocean view from the terrace or relax in one of the sun loungers. The beautifully maintained property has a large, communal pool, where you can fully unwind. Arriving + Relaxing + Regrouping = Casa del Sol!

Toller 'Frühsommerurlaub' im März

Wir haben uns in der schönen Wohnung in der kleinen Ferienanlage sehr gut erholt. Besonders genossen haben wir den tollen Meerblick von der Terasse. Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Geschirr und Ausstattung war alles top in Ordnung.

Nice property and good location fairly close to restaurants, beaches and shops

Spent 9 nights on holiday with my family, the apartment was clean and in a good location, the apartment had everything in it you would need we spent most evenings at the apartment as we have a small child. The gardens pool and bbq came in good use even if the pool was bit cold. We didn’t rent a car but was easy enough to get Ubers and taxis but a car is highly recommended. We would stay here again as a family but 2 minor issues but may be different for other people 1 there was not enough hot water for 3 people to have a hot shower barely enough for 2 people and secondly not all the sockets worked with the universal plug adaptor. All in all very nice family holiday

Toller Urlaub mit einer tollen Aussicht

Wir können nur sagen das alles wunderbar geklappt hat in der Wohnung von Herrn Kube. Die Anreise war, dank Google Maps, kein Problem. Bei Ankunft hat uns der Hausmeister ganz herzlich begrüßt und einige Infos gegeben. Vielen Dank nochmal an ihn. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet. Wir haben nur etwas gebraucht um die Waschmaschine zu finden . Über den kleinen Garten mit der Aussicht braucht man wenig zu sagen. Das muss man erleben! Der Gemeinschaftspool ist direkt in der Anlage und wir waren meistens alleine. Von der Wohnung ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand mit dem Auto. Hier können wir den von Cabopino empfehlen. Das war mit Abstand der beste. Die Wohnung liegt auch sehr zentral was Ausflüge angeht. Man hat kurze Fahrzeiten nach Gribaltar,Marbella,Malaga,Ronda oder den Caminito del Rey. Wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich für die Zeit und können die Wohnung bestens weiterempfehlen!

Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche übrig

Sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick. Der Pool war auch super, besonders mein 3-Jähriger hat ihn geliebt. Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge nach Málaga, Marbella und Ronda, da alles in 0,5-1 Stunde mit Auto erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bel appartement décoré avec soin il ne manque rien peut-être revoir la grandeur de la couette pour le lit double celle ci n'étant pas adapté et une cafetière électrique sinon tout est parfait avec une superbe vue sur la mer

Schönes Appartment mit tollem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und reibungslosen Aufenthalt. Der Empfang war herzlich durch den zwei Türen weiter wohnenden liebenswerten Allistair. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts (außer vielleicht ein zweites Schneidebrett, damit man auch zu zweit schnibbeln kann ;-)) Absolut empfehlenswert !!

Vacances parfaites

L'appartement est juste parfait, nous avons séjourné à 3 ( un couple avec un enfant de 3ans) et les 2 chambres sont top, ventilateur plafonnier dans chaque chambre et climatisation dans la pièce principale. Salle de bain impeccable et moderne. Tout est décoré avec goût, c'est moderne et la cuisine est équipée en tout il ne manque absolument rien, mention spéciale pour la vaisselle ikea plus que complète. La terrasse est juste magnifique avec petit jardin pour se détendre sur les transats, la vue est top. Là piscine est à quelques pas. Piscine au top, résidence très très calme. Les commerces sont à 3 minutes en voiture ( carrefour market, pharmacie, cafétéria, bazar...) il y a un marché le dimanche. Multiples restaurants à 5 minutes en voiture. Lidl est à 7 minutes. Nous avons passés des vacances inoubliables, nous allons revenir c'est sûr ! Et bien sûr mention spéciale pour Mr Alaister qui nous accueille à l'arrivée, toujours de bonne humeur et très serviable.

El alojamiento se ajusta perfectamente a lo descrito, vivienda individual perfectamente equipada en una preciosa ubicación y con una piscina muy cuca. La vivienda está recientemente reformada lo que hace que todo esté muy cómodo.

Better than expected

We are a family of four, and the house was perfect for us. The house is really nice, clean and well located (nice views and quiet place). We really enjoy our holiday there. Oliver was very nice since the first moment, and the manager also...who was the person who received us there.

Séjour satisfaisant

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans cet appartement propre et disposant de tout le matériel nécessaire (micro-onde, four, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, mobilier de plage, salon de jardin....). Nous avions quelques réticences concernant le seul climatiseur dans la pièce principale mais celui-ci fonctionne très bien et permet de rafraîchir parfaitement tout l'appartement. En revanche, les 2 chambres sont très étroites surtout la chambre parentale. Aussi, le réseau internet ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre arrivée mais nous avons pu compter sur la gentillesse des voisins qui nous ont réglé le problème. Enfin, le petit jardin est agréable bien que la mer ne soit pas aussi visible que cela. Quant à la piscine commune, celle-ci est également un avantage même si elle se trouve enclavée parmi les autres logements de la propriété.

une vue magnifique dans une maison tout confort !

La maison est d'une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Le petit jardin permet de manger et de farnienter sur des transats sans vis à vis, et donne accès à la piscine de la résidence située à 25 m. La mer est à 10 minutes en voiture, en bas de la colline. Olivier est super réactif par mail et Alastair nous reçoit très bien. Merci à tous les deux. Une location à vivement recommander!

Perfect

Very nice and comfortable appartment with superb seaview. The place is quite close from the beach and the supermarket, it is very quiet and the swimming pool was very pleasant. Service is also great.
