2 bedroom lovely apartment in Mijas

This charming 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is located in the beautiful complex of 'Club Caronte' in Riviera del Sol, which offers a communal pool with sun loungers and showers (open in the summer months) and is only 600 meters from all local amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the beach.



The 2nd floor apartment is bright and airy with side sea views and consists of a tasteful living / dining room with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and a dining table for a total of 6 people. The lounge area leads out to the southwest facing terrace equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee, a light lunch or a drink in the evening. The fully equipped kitchenette leads into the living area and has a separate storage room for the washing machine.



The penthouse offers 2 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is also a full bathroom with bathtub with shower device and a shower room with walk-in shower.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person, or bring their own. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open June - end September.
