This charming and complete apartment is located in the urbanization of Miraflores. The complex where the apartment is located offers a communal pool and provides easy access to the various recreational facilities of the urbanization, including a bowling club and tennis courts. (Please note that additional charges apply for activities).
This bright apartment is furnished with good taste. It is located on the 3rd floor and is well equipped. It offers you here a breathtaking view of the sea and the coast from the south-west facing terrace.
There is a step separating the sleeping area from the living room and the terrace. The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has built-in wardrobes with mirrors. The living room has a sofa bed, a TV with multilingual channels and a DVD player. There is a small kitchen with a microwave, two hotplates, a small fridge and storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower head over a bathtub and there is a washing machine.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2024. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open all year. Property is located near a highway.

La location est bien située, la piscine est agréable (mais les gens mettent leur serviette sur les transats dès le matin pour les conserver toute la journée…pas très sympa). Enfin, la climatisation fonctionne bien. Cependant : - la literie était horrible, sur l’un des matelas on sentait les ressorts …donc côté sommeil pas acceptable - il manquait le minimum pour cuisiner (ex: égouttoir pour les pâtes et le riz, pas d’économe pour éplucher, peu de vaisselles, bref vraiment pas bien à ce niveau là) - dans la salle de bain pas de tapis, il fallait certes emmener ses draps et serviettes mais là c’est exagéré… La location était dégoûtante à notre arrivée (avec des poils au sol, de la nourriture, des chaussettes…) cela a été difficile de se faire entendre mais nous avons été remboursé. Je déconseille fortement cette location qui n’était pas agréable et pas confortable. C’était la première fois que je passais par Abritel, je ne suis pas convaincue.
