Boasting a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, the Villa Mirador de Valtocado is located in Mijas. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Two bathrooms are en-suite, two are shared and one is in the swimming pool area. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as satellite and cable TV. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. A high chair and 2 baby cots are also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a heated pool (heating for a fee), a whirlpool (for a fee), a garden, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. If you wish the pool to be heated please let the hosts know 3 days in advance.

This house is located in a residential area, therefore, parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Youth groups are not allowed nor are guests under 25 years old.

The electricity on this property is generated by solar power.

There are 5 cameras in El Mirador: 1 fixed camera in the parking area (which is always on), 1 at the back of the property (which is not working), 2 others in the pool area (always off when guests are staying) and 1 "mobile" camera located in a palm tree (only activated when urgent signals are sent from the guests).
