"It was the second time we rented the villa – and we hope to return. Everything in the villa is in perfect condition. The heated pool is perfect in January! Some distance to Mijas/beach, but we didn’t bother to rent a car since Uber/Bolt is so easy to use."

"Villa was very clean, and well equipped. We had a great time. Communication with Gillian (the host) was great, we asked to book in early and this was not an issue. The location was a tab hilly for my father-in-law. There are quite a few bars and restaurants in walking distance; a mini mart and supermarket are within walking distance but if you have a few items of shopping it is advisable to jump in a cab for your return journey. We would book to stay again."

"My family decided to rent this villa over Christmas there were 13 of us, mostly adults but 2 young children and some younger adults, communication was great no issues, the villa location was just on the out side of town but a short ride to town by taxi, or there’s a bus, the villa was excellent maybe needing a freshen up but nothing major, the pool was cold but I suppose in summer months this isn’t an issue, all in all we had a great time and I would recommend this villa, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Very clean and tidy, great quite location and lovely pool plus covered area. The owner and facilitator were on hand for anything and very efficient. The internet was good with no complaints from my teenagers. The villa is close enough to walk into mijas pueblo or certainly back ( steep hill up ) but only 5 euro for a taxi anyway with prompt service from mijas pueblo. All in all excellent value and as i expected plus some."

"The property is huge with nice garden and pool area. There were a few areas where cleaning should have been better (under the rim of some of the toilets). Everything was functional but the kitchen in particular needs upgrading - very old appliances, pans with loose handles and crockery/cutlery that has clearly been there for years."
