"We booked a room at the last minute. There will a little mix up upon arrival but the hotel upgraded us and bought us dinner to compensate us. Honestly, there was no need. The hotel was fabulous and the staff could not have been friendlier. The beach area was perfect and exactly what we wanted during our time in Greece. Rethymno is a lovely town and not nearly as busy as Chania, which made a huge difference. We would definitely go back to this hotel."

"Great staff very helpful. Hotel lacked irons and ironing boards in the rooms Television channels were limited and tv didn’t connect to your phone. Unfortunately, there was a foul sewer smell coming from outside the room. Food offering was very good"

"We love the royal blue. It’s our third visit to this resort and it doesn’t disappoint. This sister hotel next door royal senses is also great and has water slides which is fun for the family. The beach is also really lovely and great for snorkelling and swimming."

"We had a wonderful week at this hotel, Everything as advertised and worth every penny. And staff is amazing, especially our floor housekeeper Svetlana and reception team. Kostos, Anna and all of them looked after us very well. Thank you so much, we had great time."
