"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"The communication was much appreciated to help me navigate in this area. The videos were extremely helpful and quick responses to questions. I found the place to be very clean and convenient to get around the places I needed to go. I found there were two distinct noises: morning bakery, people grabbing coffee on their way to work, trams and basic traffic....at night, it was full party mode with loud italian singing off key and happy patrons walking the streets. It was annoying at first but was...
