"Anna is the best! She really is! Very helpful and understanding of a guest needs! Location: although it is well located in relation to Duomo and Cathedral, the actual building and place are a bit hard to find. Arriving late might be an issue for a guest. It is literally a place to sleep and that’s all! So that’s what you need to expect!"
