The restaurant below the hotel it’s fabulous and the staff is great. A very convenient location near Milano Centrale. And the area is amazing to go out.

入口とチェックインの仕方が分かりづらかったが、部屋は綺麗で過ごしやすかった。 鍵が何重にもなっていたので少し安心感があった。 角部屋で快適だったが、金曜の夜で外が騒がしかった。

I rated this B&B one star because I can't rate it 0. The B&B is owned by the same people as the cafe. I booked the room and then decided to eat at the cafe before checking in. When we were finished eating (at about 19:30), we tried explaining that we had booked a night with the B&B but they kept saying they were fully booked and had no rooms. They wouldn't even ask our name or check their reservations. We ended up having to book another hotel last-minute. The hotel staff then said we attempted to check-in at 01:00 which is after hotel check-in and had marked us as a no-show, so they charged our card. Meanwhile, at 01:00, we were asleep at our other hotel and now we're stuck disputing the charge.

Good room and bathroom

had to ask around to find the place. Once I found it, people were so nice and polite and so receptive. The room is cozy and everything works. Perfect for my wife and myself that didn't want to spend much and not to stay in a hostel. The room was really all we wanted. Clean, cozy, tv, nice bathroom.

A mixed bag

The rooms are above a cafe/restaurant so if you are on the first floor (like we were) all you hear from early in the morning and till late at night are chairs moving across the floor. The room it’s self was clean and the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water, breakfast was ok but is basically “help yourself to anything from the pastry counter” which as we were only there for 2 nights was adequate. The staff were helpful

En ofrivilligt sömnlös natt

För att komma till rummet behöver du ta dig igenom en låst kärvande gallergrind, vilket ger en osäker känsla om det skulle bli brand. Riktigt nergången känsla på rummet. Rent, men ändå ofräscht. Konstig doft. Hårda sängar. Fönster och väggar som släppte igenom allt ljud från gatan och grannarna. Stället omges av barer där det festas fram till morgontimmarna, vilket är trevligt, men inte för den som vill sova. Kaffe, juice och bakverk till frukost. Trevliga gästvänliga ägare. Baren rekommenderas, men verkligen inte övernattning. Det går att få mycket bättre boende för pengen.

La ubicación de las habitaciones es buena por estar cerca del metro y estación central, sin embargo el domingo no hay servicio de habitación, la limpieza escasa, y aunque las habitaciones están reformadas, el acceso o portal deja bastante que desear. El cheking se hace desde el bar de abajo, no existe recepción y el desayuno es un cafe, bollería del bar y zumo....El trato es correcto, los camareros amables. Calidad precio caro, yo creo que se puede encontrar mejor calidad por ese dinero.

Hotel cercano a la estación, personal muy amable, cuidan el equipaje después del check out, el desayuno es muy rico... todo muy bien. En la habitación faltó vaso desechable para beber agua si se desea y hacia algunos cabellos de mujer entre las sábanas. Fuera de eso, muy bien todo lo demás.

Unpredictable service

The room was very austere, but it was clean and it had hot water. Our accommodation included breakfast, which turned out to be just coffee and bread/pastries, no boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, it was a little disappointing. However, the bread and pastries were delicious. The service was very unpredictable. They told us that as guests of the B&B we would receive a 20% discount at the restaurant. We had dinner there and two out of three orders were the menus "deal of the day," we also ordered a couple Belgium beers. When they brought the bill, the waitress had forgotten to give us the discount, so we asked for it. She did not like that, then she came back with the bill and said that they did not give a discount on the meal of the day or drinks. The next morning the staff was very polite and helpful during the "breakfast buffet", we could get more than one coffee and more pastries if we ask for them. However, on the second morning, was there a different waiter and he was not happy to serve us. He did not allow to get seconds on pastries and he was grumpy and gave me a frown when I asked for more. The last night we had dinner and drinks again and they did give us a discount on everything to include the "deal of the Day." The cooks did a good job the food was good, and we were all happy with our meals.

Daha kötüsü olamaz. Hotelscom dan birdaha rez için otel seçmeyeceğim. Otelle ilgili %90 söylenen yazılan yalan çıktı. Tam bir kabus. Sakın ola buradan rez yapmayın ve bu oteli seçmeyin. Rezalet, korkunç, kabus!

Hotel que eu nao ficaria novamente.

O hotel diz que tem ar condicionado porém não nos foi oferecido. Na verdade tem um circulador de ar que nao melhora em nada o clima do ambiente. A noite estava muito quente e nao conseguimos dormir. O café da manhã foi contado, nos serviram um croissant salgado e um doce. Não teve nenhuma fruta!!

small but clean room but lacking personal touch

We chose this b&b because it was close to the train station. The b&b is above a bar also owned by the same company. The focus of the staff was more on the bar than its guests, it was very impersonal and we didn't feel particularly welcome. The room was accessed through a side corridor which wasn't always clean then at the top of a flight of stairs was a locked metal gate giving the impression of a jail, at least it made the room more secure. The room itself was fairly small but very clean. There was a fridge but only managed to keep things cool rather than cold. The breakfast was fine and the guys serving it were cheerful enough.

It's okay except the hot water which was either boiling or cold. Nothing in between. This was in their separate apartment which is not exactly on the property. It's pretty nice

God beliggenhed og italiensk steming

gode værelser og det inkluderede morgenmad er typisk italiensk: caffe med en croissant e.l. for os ideel! men for de meste nok lige underkanten af hvad der kan forventes. Vores værelse havde en lille altan, hvor og meget lys, så man kunne fornemme at være i Milano, selvom man var på sit værelse. Det var fint. Indretningen af værelset var moderne og levede fuldstændig op til billederne og beskrivelsen.

A localização é excelente e o pessoal do bar que administra e oferece o café da manhã são simpáticos. O quarto é pequeno e está localizado logo acima deste bar, não há elevador, a escada é pouco confortável e difícil para subir com malas. O valor da diária é extremamente cara para o padrão que oferecem. Não há qualquer isolamento acústico entre os quartos, portanto se escuta todo o ruído do quarto ao lado.

Tutto quello che serve in posizione ottima.

Il B&B è situato a due passi dalla Stazione centrale e quindi comodissimo per spostarsi in città. Le camere sono un po' piccole e datate ma pulite e dotate di tutto quel che serve. La colazione (cappuccino, brioche e succo) sono serviti al bar sotto il B&B. Si può anche cenare e il cibo è buono. Unico neo: doveva esserci anche il Wi-Fi ma la rete indicata non si recepiva. Nell'insieme comunque molto buono.
