We were impressed with Bob W Ticinese! The location was ideal to walk to the Duomo, Brera and Navigli. The unit was so comfortable and we will stay there again when we return to Milan. Any question that we had was answered quickly even without a front desk.

Our stay was great! The room had air conditioning, which was very appreciated because it was extremely hot outside. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable It's only a 10 minute walk from the city center. I highly recommend it !!

Checking in was a little complicated due to poor service—- had to wait outside a bit for everything to process. Very convenient luggage room. Room was perfect. Very clean. The AC’s were phenomenal! Close to great meal options.

Great time! Very comfortable

We loved Bob the place was centrally located we walked to a few places, and felt safe! The balcony was so cute, and the rooftop is a really nice touch! I washed a load of laundry, and stored our luggage on checkout date for an hour!

Good location and easy access to the main tour attractions. Great customer service!! However, the sound proof was not good enough. I was able to hear what was going on in other rooms. Other than that, we really had a wonderful stay! Thanks!

The property is really good and nice. Service was also excellent. I would only recommend to be more clear on the fact that there is no front desk but you do have luggage room and probably have some toilet downstairs for customers that arrive early to the apartment.

Good location if you do not come by car- horrible registration - takes ages - people must know that if the cellphone is not working the email provider is slow the access to the room become a nightmare - did take us in the Night 30min to get the access. Important the recommended parking house is a scam 40€/night - as the hotel is unstaffed - the party people did keep us awake the night recommendation to the hotel - organize the registration at you app - so that the guest can maintain the data their - it is disappointing that with ever stay you have to enter the same again

Good appartment and location

I needed an appartment for a family of 4. Bob W communicated really well and was very infomrattive. The appartment is very close from Milan Cathedral Around 10 mins walk. There is grocery shopping near by as well. I would definately stay there again. The only downside is the toilet and bath are through the bedroom. Aside from that. I will stay there again.

This property is a bit of a mixed bag. The self check-in was OK but a little confusing. It depends on your phone workng and being online. The property itself is clean but sparse with not a lot of furnishings. No maid service unless requested which we never tested. No Netflix or English TV. The apartment does have a mini-kitchen with coffee and the basics which is helpful and convenient. If you are tech savvy this place will do. The location is great with many restaurants and a full service grocery right across the street. Great transportation and close to many attractions including the Duomo.

Better than what we expected

The room was better than expected and held a high cleaning standard. We loved that it felt like a little community, and enjoyed the little things (notes, camera etc.) that made the apartment feel more like home. Although there was no reception, the service was great, with direct messages and answers whenever we needed it. There were some small cons, but nothing big enough not to stay here. One of the things we noticed was that the shower lacked a door, which caused some of the water to flow out. Nothing a towel can't fix. Also, we couldn't get out Netflix to start. Overall, the experience was better than expected and we recommend it!

The problem for us is water. We stayed in the 2nd floor so the shower water pressure is extremely low (opposite of 0 and 1st floor where my other families stayed at beneath ours.) It was good for kitchen and bath sink. Also, i dont know if its bc we used the hot water to wash dishes, the hot water after that was only enough for one person, the 2nd person finished half the shower when the water turned cold completely. 3rd and 4th person had to take shower the next morning. I dont know if we had to do anything with the boiler but there was no instruction about it. As mentioned, other families stayed beneath us directly experienced completely the opposite and they loved the property. Location is good, near supermarket, restaurants and shopping streets.

My Family and I were touring Europe and we had an excellent day. The accommodations were great. The response time to any of our questions was quick and easy. They met all of our needs and have everything we needed for our stay. It was actually really nice to all have Laundry service. It didn’t feel like we were traveling. You really did feel like you were in an apartment.
