Brera Apartments exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely unbeatable — right in the center of Milan, close to everything. The apartment was clean, stylish, and super comfortable. Loved the apartment, the location. It had washing machine but detergent was not there, when asked they provided it. But it did not have drying rack so i couldn't use the machine but everything else was nice.

We were originally placed in an out-of-service apartment, but management rectified the problem and was super apologetic. The correct apartment was right next door and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This worked out well. Just a matter of figuring out the key tag lock the first time. I felt horrible for the cleaning staff. We stopped by early and dropped off the luggage. He was still cleaning up from the previous tenants. The place was trashed. I have to admit, I was surprised how clean it was just a few hours later. Would stay again.

Room was very warm and we couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to turn lower than 25 degrees c. Reached out several times, but just told to turn off the thermostat. Fortunately the windows opened, so we could cool the room that way. But the response from management was disappointing. The floor in the bathroom was under maintenance. It was all heaved up, which made it very uncomfortable (and potentially dangerous) to walk on. I don’t think they should have rented us this apartment with the floor like this. Especially given the rate that we paid.

素敵で快適なアパートメントホテル

アパートはドゥオーモにも徒歩圏内ですが静かな環境にあります。内装も素敵で清掃も行き届いており快適な滞在でした。シャワーのお湯の1回の使用量にリミットがあるのか出しっぱなしで使っていると途中から水温が下がります。それだけが難点です。コーヒーマシンや水もフリーで用意されていてテラス付きの広い部屋はとてもくつろげます。スタッフは感じがよく親切でチェックアウト後も荷物を事務所で預かってくださいました。ただ事務所とアパートは別の場所ですのでチェックイン時間を事前に連絡していないとアパートの前でスタッフが到着するまで待つことになります。私たちはアパートについてから電話連絡したので30分待ちましたが、近所においしいジェラートとチョコレートのカフェがあり、そこで 待っていたので逆に楽しい時間となりました。家族での滞在にオススメです。

Amazing apartment and location, excelent service

Great place, very comfortable and with great taste. The apartment was spacious and it even had a small backyard with a table, chairs and a bench. Excelent service and great staf. Exceeded my expectations. Very good location.
