You will like the apartment for these reasons: high ceilings, location, people and atmosphere. The structure is suitable for couples, solitary adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).
Beautiful renovated two-room apartment in the Sempione area within a "railing" complex in the old Milan style, also recently renovated.
Composed of a large double room with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a full bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine as well as a living room-kitchen with large comfortable sofa bed for two people and a table to eat comfortably in 4/6 people.
Perfect to visit all areas of Milan and to work at FieraMilanoCity or MiCo Milano congresses that is 5 to 10 minutes away on foot or reachable in two bus stops.
Quiet, peaceful and safe area, full of green areas, perfect for a romantic weekend, a week of work or a family trip.
In the house there are fast Wi-Fi connection (100 MB / sec), Smart TV, Free Nespresso Tabs, tea and mocha, well equipped new kitchen with large oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washing machine and toaster, hair dryer and iron .
Towels and sheets are included.
Upon arrival you will find mineral water and everything you need to have breakfast and more generally cook (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, biscuits, scottex etc ...).

IDEAL POUR VISITER MILAN

Séjour du 25 au 28 octobre 2019 en couple. Cet appartement est situé au troisième étage avec ascenseur, dans un quartier bien fréquenté, à proximité des commerces, des parkings (payants) , des lignes de Bus , tramway et métro. Avec les lignes de Tram n°1 et n°19 le centre est à 20mn si il n'y a pas d'embouteillage, sinon c'est 30mn ou plus. Avec le métro c'est pareil, ou presque, mais plutôt 30mn pour le centre ville. la carte tous transports pour trois jours est à 12€ et s'achète en bureau de tabac, kiosques, et à la station de métro. Depuis l'appartement ne pas essayer d'aller en centre ville à pied, sauf si on a du temps (1h) et de bonnes jambes. Mais c'est faisable. Il y a un marché très bariolé, à 3 minutes à pied, qui longe le supermarché Esselunga. Ce marché a lieu le samedi matin. L'appartement est bien équipé, pour un couple, mais un peu juste pour 4 adultes, car le canapé lit est dans la cuisine/séjour. C'est une bonne adresse, à un bon rapport qualité/prix. Ne pas garer la voiture le long du trottoir sans se soucier des parcmètres (il n'y a pas de parcmètres dans ce quartier) il y a une application mobile à télécharger pour payer le parking le long du trottoir, mais on a préféré éviter cette solution.
