Cosy, freshly updated, clean.

The hotel seems to have been refurbished recently. It was very clean. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We stayed at the hotel due to a wedding that we were attending the next morning and we needed our wedding outfits to be ironed. At the cost of €15, it was taken care of professionally. We were able to collect our garments from the reception the next morning at 9am.

The room was decent, but the staff was unfriendly. They offer a shuttle service for the F1 Grand Prix, but had last-minute changes to schedule for their convenience rather than based on the convenience of the people paying for the service. The hotel restaurant was not good, and again, the staff was not friendly at all. The manager was upset with us when we took more than 5 minutes to decide what we wanted to order, and the food was not very good. If you do go, there is only 1 more restaurant nearby, which was amazing, Mucho Mas, that one is 100% worth it, great food, great staff.

Stayed at this property for the F1 Race in Monza. The staff have been overwhelmingly helpful throughout our stay. It was difficult to get a taxi or Uber to the track to the point we were extremely worried. I rang the hotel, and immediately they arranged their shuttle bus to drop us and collect us from the race track everyday for a massively reduced cost. I honestly do not know what we would have done without all their help! Lovely breakfast every morning too. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day, air conditioning worked perfectly. Thank you! We'll be back again!

The access to the centre is the only one problem. It was difficult to find a taxi or Uber and it took a time. The others are pretty good.
