We stayed for 2 nights with my wife and our 2 children. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Everything was as they said. They met our every need in good faith. The only thing missing was no shampoo etc. in the bathroom. Thanks again for everything.

Dirty and dark flat that needs more care

You can tell that the owners of the place care about you not being bored at the apartment. There is a dishwasher so they left the dishes low key dirty for us to enjoy the machine working for us. Also, you can admire the spider's work covering the beans on the ceiling. No proper light but it's ok, you don't need to see much anyway. 2/4 dining chairs are broken so that you don't sit eating for too long. If you are to use those few grams of sugar the owners left for you, you should be able to still taste the tea or coffee from previous guests as there are lumps of sugar soaked in it. Jokes aside, the owners had to do just 10% more work to make this flat actually good. But I guess proper cleaning and supplying guests with tea and coffee time necessities is too much. It's an ok-ish place to sleep for 2 nights like we did. But I'd never pick it again.

Soggiorno buono ma si può fare di più!

La casa è in un'ottima posizione, ben servita nel quartiee di riferimento; esperienza singolare essendo una caratteristica purché tipica casa di ringhiera milanese all'interno di una corte. All'interno ben organizzata negli spazi e negli arredi peccato per la pulizia e la manutenzione che a mio parere vanno riviste purché c'erano diverse cose trascurate nella pulizia e mokte cose guaste..salvo queste due pecche importanti il soggiorno sarebbe stato perfetto!

Abbiamo affittato l'appartamento n° 3 per una sola notte, io, mia moglie e le mie 2 bambine di 3 anni. L'alloggio è situato al 4° e ultimo piano di una palazzina (con ascensore) in una zona piuttosto tranquilla e con diversi parcheggi gratuiti a pochi metri di distanza.L'alloggio è gradevolmente arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort: 2 climatizzatori, wifi, lavatrice, cucina con forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e macchinetta del caffè; bagno pulito e funzionale (come il resto delle stanze), grande cabina armadio in camera da letto, 2 balconi. L'addetto alla consegna delle chiavi è stato puntuale, rapida nelle risposte e sempre gentilissima la responsabile Barbara. Abbiamo gradito molto il soggiorno, seppur breve; non assegno 5 stelle solo per alcuni piccoli particolari: per un disguido sono stato contattato il giorno stesso della partenza per il pre-checkin, e non due giorni prima, con un pò di apprensione sulla reale disponibilità dell'alloggio; alcune finiture dell'appartamento possono essere migliorate (presa di corrente in cucina rotta, cavi del modem arrotolati alla rinfusa, copriwater con perno rotto), ma niente di trascendentale. Consiglio alla proprietà di arieggiare i locali prima dell'occupazione, perchè appena si entra si sente molto odore di chiuso. Mi sento comunque di consigliarlo a voti quasi pieni, anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
