The bed mattress needs to be change . The bathroom doors has a big hole in the middle of the door , the shower has mold in between the ceramics and the shower fitting doesn’t work , it slides down

Tulimme siivoamattomaan huoneistoon, vaikka majoitusliike veloittaa asiakkailtaan 35 euroa siivouksesta. Siivota tuli paikalle, kun valitun asiasta. Huoneisto vaatii perusteella siivoamista, ei vain pelkkää nopeaa pintojen pyyhkeitä. Kalusteet ovat huonokuntoisia ja Verhot erittäin likaiset. Huoneistossa on tunkkainen tuoksu.

No vuelvo a reservar con ITALIANWAY. Ves un precio atractivo y luego te cargan 35€ por limpieza + 40€ por llegar más tarde de las 10:00, etc..

静かでお城の近くで緑の多いアパート

チェックイン場所から離れてるので注意が必要です。 部屋は問題なく、清掃も十分かと思います。ただ、シャワー及び洗面の排水が悪く水が溜まってしょうがないです。 近くに食事場所は有りますからランチ及びディナーは問題ありません。 スーパーなどは少し遠いです。コンビニの様な店舗も周りにはありません。

It is a really nice apartment but do need to be careful with the communication with the agent as their office to get keys can be quite far away form your apartment if you do not tell them earlier to get keys from the apartment direct. Do also read carefully about the extra charges and I have completely missed in the terms and conditions about the cleansing fee.

Apartamento bom e bem localizado

O apartamento fica bem localizado e é de fácil acesso usando-se os meios de transporte locais. Muito bem equipado com cozinha bem completa, ferro de passar, Wi-Fi que da para você levar junto nos passeios e ter internet por toda a cidade! O atendimento foi razoável. O check-in foi feito na estação central de Milão, porém, a pessoa que nos atendeu não foi muito atenciosa nos deixando cheio de dúvidas e sem muita paciência para nos ajudar e nos explicar as coisas. Nos deu um monte de Chaves e não soube explicar direito qual abria o que. Parecia que ela só queria que nós fossemos embora logo. O banheiro estava um pouco sujo assim como o chão o que nos deixou um pouco incomodados. Como temos que pagar uma taxa bem alta de limpeza, esperávamos encontrar o apartamento em melhores condições de limpeza.

Very nice apartment. Not so big but cozy and you get all you need: kitchen, dish washer, washing machine. The apartment is very close to big park and it is easy to get to the city center (we did it on foots). Good area with cafes food shops.

Ótima localização !

Ótima localização, próximo a tudo porém o vai e vem de retirar chaves e entregar chaves no office da Empresa deixa tudo um pouco mais complicado... prepare-se para gastar com taxi (pois Uber em Milão é utensílio de luxo (€30 euros em média uma corrida simples). Tirando esse incômodo, apartamento espaçoso próximo a metro , Parque Sempione , bares , cafés e restaurantes. Prático e barato?
