Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
This apartment has a great location in Milan and a lot of potential, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.
The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The entire apartment felt dirty and poorly maintained. The rug in the living room was absolutely filthy, the walls desperately need fresh paint, and the bathrooms are deteriorated and in need of renovation. The water pressure was also extremely poor, and even basic amenities such as the shampoo and soap dispensers were empty.
Overall, the apartment did not feel clean, comfortable, or welcoming. From the moment we arrived, it gave us the impression that very little attention was being paid to the condition of the property or to the guest experience.
Another important thing future guests should know is that you are required to have a working phone with internet access to enter the property. There is no traditional key or straightforward check-in process; instead, you receive a link on your phone that you must use to access the building/apartment. This dependency on a phone should be made very clear before booking, as it can become a serious inconvenience if your phone is dead, lost, has no internet connection, or you are an international traveler having connectivity issues.
The location is definitely the strongest point, but location alone is not enough. The apartment needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.
