Good location as there is a metro stop only a 5 min walk away but it is on a noisy street which kept us awake. Very basic, but clean and comfy. Found check in slightly confusing with the key pad, but eventually figured it out.

Ideal location, easy accessible to all sightseeing areas, would advise taxi app for people that are unable to walk far or there is tram station near by, clean apartment, was unable to work air conditioning. Apartment could benefit from full length mirror as plenty of areas to put one and wasn’t great having two females try to get ready at bathroom mirror above sink area. I would recommend this apartment for rental and had a great stay in Milan and surrounding area

Was a bit of a challenge getting into the property. Where the address takes you on Google maps isn't actually the entrance. There is a series of steps to unlock the doors - the exterior and then the apartment door, that have a few tricks to sort out. Once we got in the place was well kept and felt safe. The area outside seemed a little sketchy but we never had any issues. There was a taxi stand out front that helped us get taxis fairly easily.

Property was great and location is fantastic. Check in was easy at Central station. Only problem we had was the TV was quite old and it would have been good to be able to connect to Netflix or stream from phone.

Starting from check-in, everything was so confusing. Instructions are riddled with grammatical errors and don't make sense. There is no reception or someone who gives you a key. There is no AC, it doesn't work. When I messaged them about it, they ignored me. There's a fan in the room to make up for no AC. There's a laundry machine in the washroom but no detergent. When I asked, they initially said the unit should be stocked with it but that they will bring me some. Few hours later, they proceeded to say I need to buy my own. Mixed answers, confusing. Only gave one tiny bottle of body wash which can barely be used by one person for one wash. Do not book here. They ignore your concerns and don't care about improving themselves.

Terrible experience with this property. So many issues, starting with how complex the check in process is. The lack of cleanliness when i checked in was apparent, the floor had dried up sauce, the bed linen had hairs from the previous guests. The toilet was also not funcitonal, communicating with management was not easy, and it wasnt until i got expedia involved that they sent someone to fix the toilet, a full 24 hours later. On the 2nd morning the metal gate to the balcony broke, so the balcony became unaccesible. Plus, the since the balcony window was the only source of ligth, the apartment turned into a cave with the broken gate blocking all the light. Management promised to send someone to attempt to fix the next day. This person never arrived, instead i got an email about how the part that they "might need" to fix had to be purchased, this is without even sending someone to check. To make matters even worse, on the 2 morning i woke up with some suspect bites on my feet, legs, arms and hands. These were not mosquito bites since they were all in lines which is the classic sign of bedbugs. Its a shame the place is so poorly maintned and unclean, the layout of the space is nice, and the neighborhood is so quiet. I left the property on the 3rd day in afternoon after getting fed up with management, i complained about the issues via email, expecting some sort of refund, but only another room was offered. Im surprised Expedia lets places like this onto their platform.

Buen apartament, mala comunicacion.

La comunicacion para entrar al apartamento no fue muy buena... El departamente muy bonito, bien ubicado y limpio aun que un poco caluroso no se pudo regular el clima en el apartamente fue un punto complicado.

Esperienza positiva: solo due indicazioni al solo scopo di migliorare il servizio offerto, visto che ci piacerebbe tornare a soggiornare: Era presente solo un rotolo di carta igenica per 4gg. Non è stato proposto un late check-in nonostante avessimo dichiarato la necessità di uscire alle 12.30. Potrebbe essere utile un piccolo armadietto per il vestiario e non solo un appendiabiti.

Wasn’t a right choice..

First of all, the apartment I got was different from pictures what I expected. (a room with a terrace because the main picture was Studio N1 when I booked and printed out my confirmation) So there was a huge disappointment as soon as I stepped into the apartment. All pictures on the advertisement are mixed with 3 different rooms. They should have been more clear that you get one of them randomly. They told me they were not available to help me for checking-in directly at the apartment, so I had to check-in at central railway station. There were 3 staffs at the office, I wondered why it wasn’t available.. There are 2 entrances to get in the apartment but the staff just let me know only one which wasn’t even clear. Because I wasn’t told enough information from a staff, I was even struggling to open the door. The door is double locked so I had to keep turning the key. For a neighbor’s help, I could open it and the neighbor showed me how to use all switches in the apartment, etc sth their staff should have done. I felt bad. Many kitchen utensils but no dish soap. When I booked the apartment, I couldn’t see a tiny notice about the cleaning fee, didn’t know I had to pay extra 30 euros. They should have put the information on the ‘Required at check in’ section. When I read my booking confirmation, it is written ‘Deposit’ so I thought they just hold the amount and give you back.I booked this apartment to treat myself for holidays. Turned out, it wasn’t a right choice for that

Helt igennem fantastisk ophold!

Fantastisk lejlighed, som lever fuldt ud op til billeder og beskrivelse! Jeg vil helt klart tage tilbage hertil. God service, dejligt område, nemt at komme til centrum. Der ligger massere mulighed for restauranter, supermarkeder og små butikker i nærheden. Vi opdagede den mest hyggelige og lækre tagteresse, som var meget ren og der var sjældent fyldt med mennesker. Der var mulighed for at spise der, sole sig og hygge sig i en sofa. Her var der en fantastisk udsigt ud over byen og i det fjerne kunne man ane Duomoen!
