Disliked: Room comfort, communication

Terrible experience

No air conditioning as advertised in 28 degrees on 5th floor, no TV of any kind as advertised, WiFi info provided was wrong, key return information provided was wrong, very rundown, pictures are obviously photoshopped, response time is non existent or ridiculously slow, housecleaner showed up an hour and a half before checkout time and sat on the stairs outside the apartment the entire time waiting for us to leave. Terrible experience. We were able to communicate the main issues with hotels.com and came to an agreement but they should never deal with this company. Run fast.

チェックインからアパートまでの距離が遠い。荷物が多いにも関わらずスタッフの手助けがなかった。鍵がたくさんあるにも関わらず、それぞれのドアの開け方の説明もなく部屋に入るまでとても時間がかかり戸惑った。部屋の電気が弱い。部屋が暗い。近隣がうるさくて寝れない。
