This beautifully designed Milanese apartment is situated in Milan’s Centro Storico, on the edges of the historic Ticinese and Navigli districts. Just a 20 minute walk from the centre of the city, it boasts gorgeous high ceilings and rustic wooden furniture paired with modern design throughout, as well as a terrace. Enjoy a visit to the basilicas of San Lorenzo and Sant\'Eustorgio or the Diocesan Museum before heading back for a drink in one of the area’s many relaxed trattorias.



The space

The spacious and attractive living and dining room has large windows and a high ceiling, and contains a dining table and stylish sofa. This property also offers a charming terrace with additional seating and dining area. The modern and functional kitchen comes equipped with a gas stove, oven and dishwasher and cupboard space, with direct access to the property’s terrace.



The apartment has two dedicated bedrooms. The gorgeous master bedroom boasts a set of French-style doors with access to the terrace, a TV and cupboard space, and is furnished with attractive wooden shelves, a dresser, drawers and seat. The second double bedroom offers lots of cupboard space with side tables and lights. The sofa in the living room also converts into a double queen bed, allowing this property to sleep up to six guests. The shared bathroom comes equipped with a bath, shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided.

JOIVY Italy wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets

- Dispose of rubbish appropriately

- Keep the property clean and tidy

- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected

- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building

- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.



**Please note that due to local government law, guests are obligated to pay a city tax. This city tax varies between cities, and it is not included in the accommodation fare and cleaning fee. Please let us know if you have any questions.
