Lovely hotel, room was very clean and modern with lots of space. Bathroom was also great. It is just a fair walking distance to the main tourist attractions in Milan

Breakfast was not always fresh. Bacon did not need to be bathed in a pool of bacon fat. Hot water for showering was not always available. Mostly just lukewarm. Sink stopper was not working

Not far from central easy transport links was able to get into duomo and como with easy from this location breakfast was good went above and beyond for me can’t fault it first time in Milan I will stay here when the price is right value for money probably the best

It was good, modern, new, clean but still some areas under construction with dust. Should be good to add the service of coffee and tea and water at least at te room because the prices are expensive.

It is brand new and very clean! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The room was modern comfortable and clean. The only thing I would change is that they have motion sensitive lights inside the room and bathroom, so whenever someone rolls in bed or goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the lights turn on and everyone wakes up.

It is a long walk of about 20 minutes from the railroad station. My room was quite small and the sheets are very rough. The staff is extremely helpful and the room was immaculate.

FEMALE SOLO TRAVELERS BEWARE Our first night, we somehow had a couple managed to get into our room. The locks are odd and only lock in one slight direction, however, it seems maybe that any key can open any door. Second night, there was construction in the room next to us at 5AM. This lasted until 6AM. Calling the front desk, they just said "there was an emergency, it will be over soon". No apologies or anything. Unacceptable. Also stupid decisions like the light in the bathroom being motion activated. If you want to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, you'll have to deal with all the lights turning on. The laundry was also not working on the days we were there, which was frustrating. There's also no soundproofing at all in the rooms. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the hotel. It is a aesthetically nice, but not somewhere I can recommend.

The hotel was too far from city centre for a sightseeing break which meant extra transport expense to get there. It only opened in March we were told, & it needed jobs finishing. There were steep steps at the entrance to get into reception and no bannister/handrails to hold whilst trying to drag a heavy case in. There was no ramp either to help pull suitcases in or to help the disabled get in. When leaving the hotel, the large glass panels need some notification as to which one is the exit to avoid people walking into one of the other which do not open. No Tea/coffee making facilities in rooms. No visible Fire notices on room entrance door. Sparse toiletries. No drawers and only two small shelves over the fridge. Needs a visible folder highlighting the room and hotels facilities etc., like most hotel rooms have. Very noisy in mornings with workmen outside. The hotel was very clean but lacked atmosphere, quite dark and gloomy with no decoration ie pictures, ornament or flowers for example. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Didn’t have hot water available at all times which meant taking tepid showers. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of products. Would not return, sorry.

Don’t ever bother considering this place to stay. The staffs tried to trick me to stay in a DOWNGRADED ROOM due to overbooking situations. They moved to me to another hotel and its replacement room was disappointing. I couldn’t have any responsible professional help even I dropped in at reception, even they didn’t bother themselves to report their case to their manager, insisting I have to email to explain.

ミラノ中央駅から少し距離はありますが、建物設備は新しく、部屋も広くて快適でした。 バリアフリーおよび障害者用のバスルーム設備なども整っており、感心しました。 冷蔵庫内にビールやジュース、ミネラルウォーターが用意してあり無料だというのも欧州のホテルには珍しいと思います。 朝食は取りませんでしたが、レストランは広くてきれいな状態で、ここで食べてもいいなと思いました。

The night front desk staff is really great!! Super smiley and kind :) Great vibe! The hotel is new and very aesthetically pleasing, designed to look high end. The bed is so so comfy so we had a great nights sleep! The only downfall for me is the lack of complimentary water I fell like that would go a long way. The area isn’t so pretty but very convenient! Metro and tram stop just a few minutes walk away. Most importantly, a great 24h garage parking for a great price But overall,

Nice basic hotel in Milano

Nice place near the train. It’s basic but had a nice design, prettiest building on the street. We took advantage of the bikes for rent in front of the hotel. Reception team was very professional and friendly
