THE APARTMENT: The atmosphere of this house is welcoming and pleasant, offering functional, furnished, and equipped spaces, and ideal place to welcome groups, families, and colleagues.

The property is ready for use, fully furnished and equipped; it features 4 bedrooms (accommodating up to 8 people), 2 bathrooms (both with shower) and a cozy living area with open plan kitchen (fully equipped).

All the bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and convenient desks for placing computers or personal belongings

Upon arrival :
- Beds made with fresh and clean bed linen
- Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
- Starting Pack: initial supply consisting of some dishwasher and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags

THE AREA - Located a short distance from the historic center of Milan, the house is very well connected by public transportation, allowing you to reach it in just 12 minutes.

Convenient services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants are available in the area, just a few steps from the house. However, if you enjoy taking a leisurely stroll through Milan's famous streets, including Corso XXII Marzo (known for shopping), the historic center is only 2.5 km away from the house.
