Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Disappointing

There were so many things wrong, from the start. First, on our day of arrival, and after passing in full, we were asked by the manager to pay 70 euros more because HE evidently listed the price incorrectly! TV didn’t work. We were asked to pay EXTRA for sheets for the futon (a guaranteed sleep space!). Only a few glasses in the cupboard. Some pillows had no pillow cases. Kitchen “art” still wrapped in the plastic from the store!! This place felt like a fraternity house was running it.
