- BATHROOM with a bathtub with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning (split system in the living area and bedroom), iron and ironing board, coat rack, clothesline, and hair dryer.



PLEASE NOTE:

- All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.

- Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the municipality, which is 3 euros per person per night.
