Causa annullamento di un Aereoa Malpensa ho soggiornato persso questa struttura che e' collegata ad un albergo li vicino (dove si fa il check in e la colazione). Struttura standard che va bene per una notte di passaggio. Buono il servizio navetta

Satisfait dans l'ensemble . Il faut spécifié que la Villa Giovanna est une annexe de l'hotel des 3 lions ! Un bip pour le portail serait le bien venu ! Par contre toutes ces voitures stationnées dans la pelouse, c'est une tristesse lorsque vous ouvrez la fenêtre .

A ne plus retenir !!!!!

Problème à la réservation : le descriptif est peu clair : j'ai commis une erreur en commandant une chambre triple. J'ai cependant pu indiquer que nous étions 4 : 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Pour autant je n'ai pas reçu de contre indication pour cette réservation alors que l'âge des enfants a été précisé, et qu'il nous fallait 4 lits. Il semblerait selon l'hôtel que ce ne soit pas la première fois que ça arrive ! Bref nous nous sommes retrouvés à 4 pour 3 lits simples !!! Par ailleurs le parking était une véritable catastrophe : des voitures dans tous les sens garées dans l'herbe de la propriété au petit bonheur la chance. 2 serviettes de toilette pour 4. Par ailleurs, le réceptionniste préfère très clairement s'entretenir avec les hommes, les femmes n'ont qu'à se taire ! Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet établissement!

Chambres spacieuses, lits assez confortables et literies propres. Dommage, nous n’avons pas pu dormir car trop de bruits la nuit, les chambres et l’exterieur du bâtiment devraient être mieux entretenues: les rideaux tenaient à moitié, et de la saleté à l’entrée et au sous sol du bâtiment.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was disgusting. There were metal pipes and other random parts stored in the closets. One of the beds squeaked so loudly throughout the night that it kept my entire family up. When we tried to call the front desk the phone did not work. The shower was full of mold. Do not stay at this hotel.

We did not feel safe. Front door of facility remained open, appeared to be broken glass door. No on siite personnel. Loud area and neighboring room all night and early morning long. No warm water, only cold water. Inside Main room closet was an unfinished kitchen like structure with wat appeared to be under construction condition.

Pour les insensibles au bruit surtout!

La chambre était dans une résidence située à 1 km de l'hôtel Tre Leone (comme précisé dans le descriptif), dans un quartier très calme. Pas de personnel dans le bâtiment (distributeur de boissons au sous-sol), ni téléphone dans la chambre pour joindre la réception. Service OK (personnel de l'hôtel accueillant , navette gratuite toutes les 1/2 h pour le transfert de l'hôtel à l'aéroport de Malpensa). Hébergement et confort de la chambre: Appartement sans charme avec 5 lits,WIFI gratuite, TV, mais minuscule cabine de douche dans une salle de bain spacieuse, literie très dure, mauvaise insonorisation par rapport aux chambres voisines, mais surtout des bruits extérieurs de machine (sifflements aigus)à intervalles réguliers dans la nuit.

Friendly, Economic, and Close to Malpensa Airport

This hotel suited our family of six well. We stayed in one of their larger rooms that was off-site from the main check-in area. This was not a problem even though we didn't have a vehicle because they were very helpful and expeditious with taking us where we needed to go in their shuttle. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. It is not far from Malpensa airport and a nice breakfast was included.
