Looking for comfort and relaxation? The villa is located in a very quiet and safe residential area in Segrate, ideal for relaxing after a day spent in Milan or touring Northern Italy. Its strategic location allows you to quickly reach the main attractions of Milan, the Lakes, and other Northern Italian art cities.

• First Floor: three bedrooms and one bathroom

The villa does not have air conditioning, but thanks to its thick walls and excellent insulation, the environment remains pleasantly cool even in the summer months. The only exception is the attic, more exposed to the sun, where a fan is available for added comfort.

》Milan city center is about a 15-minute drive away — perfect for visiting the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and the city’s main museums.
》Segrate Station is just a 5-minute drive or bus ride away; from there, you can reach the heart of Milan in a few minutes by train.
》Milan Linate Airport is only a 10-minute drive, ideal for travelers flying to or from Milan.
》Milan Malpensa Airport is about 40–45 minutes by car, great for intercontinental flights.
》Bergamo, with its UNESCO-listed Città Alta and Venetian walls, is around 40–45 minutes away by car. It’s also home to Orio al Serio Airport, easily reachable.
》Monza and its famous Royal Villa are 20–25 minutes by car.
》Lake Como is about 40 minutes away by car — ideal for boat trips and breathtaking views.
》Lecco, on the eastern branch of Lake Como, is around 45–50 minutes away — perfect for lakeside walks and mountain hikes.

☞ SELF CHECK-IN: By law, an ID document is required through an online check-in form, even for last-minute bookings.
☞ NO TOURIST TAX:
The villa is located in Segrate, just outside Milan, in a strategic area not subject to tourist tax, unlike the city of Milan.
☞ SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
☞ CRIB AVAILABLE: Crib linen is not provided.
☞ STAFF-ONLY AREAS: Some cabinets or compartments are reserved for storing supplies and equipment.
