We were in the area for my son’s basketball tournament. We are from about a hour away, but still considered local. There is no elevator. I wish I would have known this before booking a room for my 80 year old parents. The staff seemed rude and uninterested in providing customer service. They seemed to be bothered when I was asking them questions. The hotel is close to train tracks and the trains pass by during the night. The only thing good about the breakfast was the coffee was hot. I will say the room seemed clean, and the pool are was not bad. My advice would be to look at the hotels further north on 250. "

"The front desk person was very friendly and professional. When she gave us a second floor room I asked if there was an elevator. When she said no she offered to move us to a first floor room instead and changed our room. Very helpful for older people with bad knees!"

"It was great for the price. Very clean, comfy bed, hot shower! Staff was very nice and helpful. Will stay again!"

"The staff was very courteous however, the property is quite run down and in need of major renovations. The parking is not very secure and I didn't observe any security cameras. Breakfast was the standard fare and served up nicely and would be fine if you don't mind eating at broken down tables and benches covered in torn and stained cushions. Price should have been half what it was."
