"“The hotel itself had potential, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The food was not good and lacked quality and variety. Also, during our entire 3-day stay, our room was never cleaned, which was very frustrating and unacceptable. We expected much better service and attention to guests. Hopefully they improve these issues in the future.”"

"When is started coming to this property a few years ago, it was clean and I was impressed with everything about it. The rooms were spotless. I always bring my own cleaning products when I come to a hotel just cause I used to work in a hotel and know that housekeepers only actualky clean certain places in the room and the rest is just spot cleaning. But when I came here there was not a spot of dust or dirty spot go clean, I checked. But that was a few years ago. Now the remote looked like they got it out the trash, let it get grimy and put it on the coffee table fir the next guests to use. The bathtub drain kept getting stopped up which I turned somehow to make it stay up but it was a very slow drain so that didn't help, I was still standing in dirty water taking a shower. And there was no plunger in the room. The counter tops abd coffee table were dusty and dirty. And I kept hitting my knees on the end of the bed frame because the mattress doesn't fit the whole bed frame and the pointy end of the frame was sticking out. The TV's needed a manual to come on. We got it on but whoever was in the room before us put a device, probably a fire stick in the TV and we couldn't get it off the menu. We called the maintenance guy and he eventually got it on but even he said, he had never seen that happen before because it took him a while to get it on the channels. Then the closed caption wouldn't disappear but we didn't want to make a big deal of that, as long as we could watch it."
