- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Cleaning/breakage fee of €200 cash payable on arrival which is refunded on departure provided the house is left as it is found
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Meters for electricity and oil are read on arrival and departure, you just pay for what you use.
