Luxury Beach Front Property

Luxury direct sandy beachfront property. Awaken to the gentle sounds of the waves with breathtaking sunrises and gorgeous sunsets. Relax and dine on the patio with built-in kitchen. Take long walks on the sandy beach, paddle board on the calm waves or just relax and take in the sun. This home is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The beach-house has 2 main bedrooms, and 3 full marble tiled bathrooms with air jetted tub. There is a 3rd sleeping area that doubles as a media room with a queen size bed. Waterviews abound from multiple rooms making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the unique surroundings.
The gourmet kitchen is complete with subzero fridge, dishwasher, blender, toaster and microwave and fully stocked with all the tools you would need to cook a complete meal.
The neighborhood is safe and enjoyed by many who choose to run and walk for enjoyment and exercise. The streets have lights for night time activities as well.
The neighborhood is unique as it has several restaurants within walking distance.
It is also minutes away by vehicle to the downtown area, shopping, restaurants, bars and night life, the local mall and theatre. Easy access to parks and other public beaches.
It is our goal to provide all visitors a wonderful vacation experience by assuring that the home is always kept to high standards. If any of our guests need assistance in locating any items of need during their stay, we are available to help.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Throw the key back into the house through the mail slot on the front door
Place used towels on the floor in the bathroom
Take all personal items. They will be discarded or donated. I will not be able to return items left behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
