"Our stay at “au pays de Jacquou” was absolutely wonderful. Somehow remote, but also close enough (7 km) to Thenon, the village where we attended a wedding. Staff (the owners themselves and their little daughter) was very helpful and very kind. It happened that they were invited to the wedding as well! So cool! "Un tres bon séjour et surtout un très bel accueil de la part de Thierry. Nous recommandons chaudement"

"Serviceable room, there are sign of wear and tear. No shampoo/conditioner but everything else was great."

"Pleasant property and host Jean-Christophe. After road trip we were looking forward to cup of tea, but no tea & coffee facilities in room. Hadn't planned to travel for dinner but appreciated the restaurant reservation in Perigeux at Hercule Poireau (cave) restaurant, great atmosphere, personable staff and beautifully presented, delicious cuisine. ."

"Jolie chambre propre belle piscine et personnel agréable"

"Great staff, very helpful. Room was excellent for my wife with reduced mobility, spacious and accessible."

"Overall it was a nice hotel for 2 stars, with perfectly clean rooms and friendly staff. The room was a little cramped, not much maneuvering room around the twin beds or in the ensuite, but it was quite cheap and served our purposes nicely. Possibly worth knowing is that the wifi si free but only allows the connection of one device at a time. Breakfast was continental-style, quite varied and 6 euros per person."

"Amazing hotel, great staff, wonderful location, and top notch breakfast! Thank you, we had an absolute blast."
