The conditions were completely unhygienic for the price the hotel advertises and charges. It was unacceptable to find a room in that state. However, I want to highlight the excellent service provided by Liliana, Estefania, William, Margarita, and Porfirio. Their service was truly outstanding, professional, and very friendly, and they deserve all the praise. Overall, due to the unsanitary conditions of the room, I would not recommend staying at this hotel"
