The staff were great although there were issues with the cooling system in our room.
The one and only off putting thing is the amount of flies in the lobby especially around the food at breakfast. I struggled to eat much because of this "

"My stay was great. Awesome location just a short walk from Lake Zug, parks, and restaurants. The property is right next to the train stop which makes transportation very convenient to get in and out of Zug. I Stayed in one of the shared dorms. The beds could use curtains for some privacy but everything was clean in the room upon arrival. Staff was very friendly."
