"The staff was very friendly, and breakfast had a good variety, especially considering it was free. Coffee, hot chocolate, and tea are available throughout the whole day which is also a bonus to me. Bathroom was clean but had no conditioner and the fixtures need maintenanced. 2nd floor is not accessible for those unable to use stairs. There is no elevator."

"The cabin was immaculately clean. The host provided breakfast food and snacks. A keurig coffee maker was provided and cups and tea bags as well as sugar packs. Soap and dish soap were provided. Towels and linens all very nice and clean. We had our small dog with us and plenty of space to walk. The town of Benton as not far and had a small grocery store that had all your needs. A washer and dryer were on site. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded immediately. This property was as advertised and better. My husband and I would recommend this cabin. The state parks are close by so lots of hiking is available. I would highly recommend the Ricketts Glenn Hotel for lunch or dinner."

"We were passing through the area on our way to NY - this place was a perfect stop! We spent a few hours on the Falls trail less than 10 mins away and then had a yummy dinner at the Ricketts Glen Hotel. This place was clean, comfy, and a great place to rest after hiking! Thank you for the hospitality!"
Rickett's Glen state Park! Our cabin is only 1/2mile from the trail head.
