New Family Friendly Home in Mill Valley

Built in 2019, a contemporary home w/ 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, backyard with built in grill and seating + astro turf play yard and parking for 3+ cars in private driveway. Nest heating, washer/dryer, ultra high speed wireless, 70inch TV w/ Full cable package + Apple TV etc, integrated AV w/ Sonos sound system, kitchen w/ high-end appliances and fixtures, office, living room, open kitchen/dining/living rooms, high-end finishes + a orb fireplace.

Available for weekly, partial or full summer rental from June 24-August 15.

We are located in Tam Valley; 4min from route 101, 8min from downtown Mill Valley, 5min from Tennessee Valley Trailhead, 15min from Muir Beach and 30min from Stinson Beach. Easy access to hiking, biking and running trails.

Gorgeous Marin home, surrounded by nature

Lovely, modern home with sweeping views of the Marin area, and nature surrounding you. It was such a treat to sleep and wake here each day. It's a cozy home where family is welcome and it was perfect for our family of four for the week.

Perfect stay

We had great time. House is bright and modern and surrounded by nature. Overlooking Mill Valley which we found to be warmer/sunnier then San Francisco proper. Easy access to all the best attractions in Marin County (Muir Woods, Mt Tam, Stinson Beach, Marin Headlands) as well as short drive to the city. Henry is very responsive to all the questions and very accommodating. Probably the best stay we ever had in Bay Area. Wish I could rent it again..
