"Pour la 1ere fois en dix ans, nous avons eu une chambre au 1er plancher #108) qui était infestée de fourmis! Des dizaines marchaient sur les meubles et sur le tapis. J’ai ete au desk pour demander une autre chambre car j’avais réservé pour 2 soirs, et la l’employée me disait que l’hôtel etait plein qu’elle ne pouvait pas m’offrir une chambre pour 2 soirs consécutifs, qu’elle pouvait me changer pour le vendredi mais que le matin je devrais vider la chambre et qu’elle me donnerait une autre chambre pour le samedi. J’ai demandé à parler a un responsables et elle n’a jamais voulu. Nous avons pris la chambre qu’elle nous a donné et le matin venu, une autre employée (Alice) nous a accommodé et nous avons pu garder la chambre pour une autre soirée. Etant une clientèle qui fréquente cet hôtel au moins 2 fois par année pour 2-3 jours chaque fois, depuis plus de 5 ans, j’étais profondément dégoûtée d’avoir une chambre infestée de fourmis et d’avoir eu un service aussi médiocre. Il ne m’ont même pas offert une excuse , une baisse de prix ou peu importe! Rien du tout, un simple désolée pour la chambre aurait ete normal je crois mais rien! Terriblement dessus! Espérons qu’ils traiteront l’hôtel pour les fourmis!"

"Our stay was fantastic! Everything was thoughtfully arranged. The cottage was equipped with all the necessary utensils and kitchen appliances, plus some extras. The surrounding area was incredibly quiet and beautiful, with a well-maintained deck and stairs leading to a lake that ended in a dock. We stayed during winter, but I’m already planning to pack my swimsuit for our next visit. Our host was amazing, always checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. Even without asking, they gave us extra hours for our late checkout. This is one of the best cottages I’ve ever stayed in."

"À mon arrivée, ils ne trouvaient pas ma réservation. J'ai dû m'obstiner pendant une heure et finalement, l'employé s'est rendu compte que son collègue avait donné notre chambre à un autre client. Ils ont donc fait le check-in de ma chambre à une autre personne. Après une heure de désagrément, j'ai finalement obtenu une chambre, mais pas comme celle que j'avais déjà payé. L'hôtel ne m'a proposé aucun remboursement, aucun dédommagement pour leur erreur. Manque de professionnalisme."
