Deer 16 is an exquisite, fully renovated 5-bedroom log chalet accommodating up to 16 guests, located at Fiddler Lake Resort, just 15 minutes from Saint-Sauveur. Ideally situated near the Recreation Centre, this luxury chalet offers the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment and upscale amenities. Access to all the resort’s amenities and activities is included.

An abundance of natural light fills the main floor at Deer 16 through its expansive forest-view windows. This chalet features cathedral ceilings, a wood-burning stone fireplace, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a wine cooler, and an impressive dining area. The primary bedroom on this floor offers a king bed, a designated workspace, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. A second bedroom with a queen bed and an additional full bathroom complete the main floor.

The lower level is designed for entertainment, featuring a spacious family room with a sofa bed (bedding included), a wood-burning stone fireplace, a pool table, a foosball table, and an arcade basketball game. This level also includes two bedrooms, each with double bunk beds, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom with a double vanity.

Step outside to a large, covered terrace featuring a private hot tub, sauna, comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, and a year-round BBQ. The forested backyard offers Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, creating the perfect setting for relaxation.

There is a tennis court, two pickleball courts, a basketball court, a children`s playground, an outdoor swimming pool (available during the summer months) and an indoor pool (available all year) for guests to relax in. Watercraft such as kayaks, canoes and paddle boards are available on site for guest use on Fiddler Lake during the summer months. During the winter months, guests can enjoy access to an outdoor ice rink, snowshoes for hiking and toboggan rentals.

A convenience store is available at the Recreation Centre.
