Reasons NOT to book:

1 - If you plan on breaking the RULES - unauthorized pets/guests/noise/smoking etc - Please respect the rules so we don't have to cancel the accommodation mid-stay

2 - If your group isn't able to be RESPECTFUL of the property - furniture, towels, bedding etc. I welcome everyone with common sense - I put a lot of love in my property and my guests, please love me back

3 - If you plan on disturbing the neighbours. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.

BOOKING POLICY:
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.

A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

SATELLITE INTERNET: Please Note: The satellite internet service, you probably know that you are pulling your signal from a satellite in the sky. But what you may not know is that your satellite needs to make a stop at a gateway on land before it gets to you. There are times when the weather can get extreme – even if you are not around to see it. If there is a strong storm pushing its way up the Eastern seaboard, it is possible that the satellite signal between the gateway and the satellite could be interrupted by heavy rain, snow, or whatever else mother nature throws our way. Even if it is bright and sunny in Mille-Isles, you could still experience degraded service due to weather, because the gateway is located in another location.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
There are portable AC units set up during the summer season. Before operating the AC, be sure that all thermostats in the rooms are set to zero as they are for HEAT only and all windows and doors are closed. HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking indoors. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground. Please put in designated metal cans for disposal.
- No pets
- Please NO shoes in the house
- Don't leave garbage outside. Garbage must be placed inside the garbage and recycling bins on the corner of Chartier and Tamarracoutta.
- There are 2 security camera located outside on the property (facing the front and facing the back. Tampering with the camera will incur additional fees
- Firewood not included. When you are done with the fire, use the "Drown, Stir, and Feel" method to ensure all embers are dead. Never leave a fire unattended or try to bury it with just dirt, as it can continue to smoulder and cause wildfires!
- Propane not included. Propane tank is available to fill.
- Please conserve WATER. Our water comes from a well. If too much water is used in a short period of time, the water pressure will be reduced.
