"The first day when I checked I wasn’t happy with my room it was a smoking room the smell was horrible it smelled like urine and smoke. The lamp looked like someone has pissed on it. I raised hell and went to guest services and got switched to a different room I now goes in there and it smelled like someone had just got out the shower I look in the bathroom and the tub is wet and use soap is on the top of the shower how disgusting. I go and make another complaint and now it’s the 3rd room it was...

"The staff was the best part of our stay. They were very attentive and responsive to our needs. Our bed linens had huge, dark stains on them, but it didn’t take long after telling the front desk for them to bring us new ones that were still in the packaging. We appreciated that! I really felt like they were concerned with our comfort; they even allowed us a late checkout. Another important detail was that I didn’t see not even one roach- can’t ask for much more!"
