Very clean.The two check-in ladies were the best check-in staff I have been around, above and beyond.Location is great and it was quiet. There is a nice view from the breakfast area. Will stay there again.

This was my 2nd time to stay and it was EXCELLENT! The staff is #1 very professional but feels like staying with family! The rooms were extremely clean and refreshing. The location is the perfect spot and seems to be the perfect location from Sugarcreek to Millersburg. But as important as this is the view of the some of the most beautiful land I've ever seen. It is like looking at a painting. I'll be back!

If you are looking for reasonable, basic, clean, no frills accommodations in the heart of Berlin look no further. They even have a few rooms that accommodate pets for a little more $. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. They provide free breakfast in the morning. A nice selection of items including cereal, oatmeal, bagels, biscuits, donuts and a hot waffle maker & microwaveable premade mini egg omelets and breakfast sandwiches, Great selection of teas, hot coffee, and some juices. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and will be back.
