Room was very clean. Mattress in room 108 needs to be replaced. Pillows were terrible. Only staff available was cleaning crew at limited hours but we're very polite. Breakfast was very light but we planned to eat out. Parking is tight but substantial. Great location. Within walking distance to everything you need.

We had the jacuzzi room. It was vary large. It was clean but towels had a funny smell to them. Nice location. Minimal breakfast options. We ended up going out for breakfast.

The only drawback I could find to this location was that you had to do your check in at a different Hotel about a quarter mile down the road, other than that the the facility was in excellent condition very clean and right down in the center of town.

My husband and I stayed a weekend and really loved our room. It is in the main area of Berlin. So many wonderful shops and places to eat. For being right in the middle of town it was not noisy. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was useful; however, bring your own supplies if you are staying a couple days and needing the kitchen. Rachel at Berlin Heritage Inn checked us in and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. The bedroom was perfect size for a couple night stay and the bed was comfortable. My only suggestion for the room would be to replace the couches in the living room. They are extremely uncomortable to sit on. My husband and I said we would definitely book this again for any future trip to Berlin.

It was a nice, quiet getaway stay for my wife and I. The Lodging on the Square is in an amazing location for shopping and also for the Friday night music played at The Music at the Square. We enjoyed the options at the continental breakfast and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It may not be fancy, but not everyone is looking for a fancy hotel all the time and would gladly take the quality like we experienced during our stay.

I had to travel to a different motel to check into this one. The clerk I spoke to gave me wrong directions. The coffee in the lobby is good. The breakfast was cereal and cellophane wrapped sweet rolls. No breakfast may have been a better offering. Nice location. Nice room. Hire somebody!!
