The cabin was amazing. We enjoy every min of our stay. The little snacks and drinks was very thoughtful of you. Every where we wanted to visit was right near by. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch relaxing. We will be back!!

Such a pretty atmosphere with amenities the snacks drinks charcoal wood and more were such a nice touch. It is very close to everything you would want to see in the area. The host is great and responsible. We hope to stay there again sometime in the future. Thank you!

The Loft cabin was very nice and peaceful overlooking a small pond.Very close to Main St in Berlin. Nice place to relax and unwind after a busy day shopping. We will be coming back here in the future.

The stay was amazing. It was so clean and cozy. The welcome treats were great and fresh. Everything was so clean and the view of the lake was beautiful and peaceful. I would definitely go again. The quietness and to watch the amish ride through the town with their horses and things was cool to see.

If I could only pick this cabin up and put it on my property

My wife and I stayed here due to the proximity to Berlin's shops and restaurants. It is a peaceful location and the pond made it serene. We were able to relax within minutes of arriving. This cozy cabin (we stayed in the loft) was comfortable and the gas fireplace was awesome when the temperature dipped below 60! Will definitely stay here again!

You won’t be disappointed

I was very pleased with the choice of this cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. I read a previous post that was not good, I can tell you our experience was completely the opposite. The stairs are steep is the ONLY issue with the cabin. So if you have to use the bathroom at night it may be an issue as the bathroom is on the first floor. Choose this cabin and you won’t be disappointed.

We are an older couple. The stairs were steep. The bathroom was on the first floor. It is a very cute cabin I loved the decor. Geeting out on the road was a little hard to see the traffic. It was very hot those days and we didn't get to enjoy the lutside area. Had a good time. Dennis and Judy

Anniversary Getaway

We stayed in The Loft and the pictures don't do the cabin justice. It was absolutely perfect for our 3 night stay. Sitting on the back deck with a morning cup of coffee, overlooking the pond and listening to the water and birds was very relaxing. The cabin was very clean and had pretty much everything you need for your stay. Close to shopping and activities. If staying in is more your thing, they have games, puzzles and books to enjoy. We were very comfortable and made to feek at home. We loved it so much we didn't want to leave this morning. The welcome sweets were very thoughtful and yummy, thank you. We will be returning again. Highly recommend!! 😊

Noisy

The property itself is well maintained. However, they need a new housekeeper....Upon entering our front porch, it was filthy from 2 birds nests. The microwave was filthy. I had to clean it before using it. The back porch area was dirty. I pulled a dirty spatula out of the drawer. I washed it also before returning it to the drawer. In the 30 years that we've been going to Holmes, this is the first time EVER that I was told to strip my bed before checking out. I titled my stay, "Noisy", because the traffic is horrible! Semi's using their jakebrake first thing in the morning is not a relaxing way to start your day. I was under the impression it was a quiet little back road. There's more, but I'll stop there. I'm sure you get the picture. Will I stay there again?.... Probably not.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I had a fantastic time. We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was just as advertised, neat and clean. Our hosts provided firewood and fishing gear to use. The cabin is pet-friendly. The hosts also had several games to play and offered complimentary snacks, which was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay again in the future. It was a wonderful getaway and the perfect way to enjoy the local area.

overall nice on a beautiful property

The Property is very nice with beautiful scenery and it was clean. The only complaints that I have is that they had multiple scented plug in's throughout the cabin that were very over powering and made me sick, and it is very close to a highly traveled road and you can here the traffic at all hours. Note it is above another unit, you can hear everything that they are doing.

Lily's loft cabin review

We had a nice time shopping in the area. We go to this area about every other year in January to avoid crowds and heavy traffic. It's a nice getaway. The cabin was very charming and clean. Next time we might opt for Cubby 's cove cause steps to loft were a challenge for me.
