"Catherine's house was beautiful and spacious. We were 13 people -- three families, all siblings and cousins. there was plenty of space for us to gather, and we especially enjoyed cooking together and gathering in the evening over (many bottles of!) French wine and Normandy cider. The home is only about 10 minutes from the town of Isigny-sur-Mer and less than 5 minutes from a grocery store, but the location itself is very quiet. We came to visit the D-Day beaches, which were also fairly close by. All of us enjoyed our stay very much -- and we loved Catherine's two friendly dogs too!"

"Stayed for one night as part of cycle trip with a group. Downstairs garage for Stephanie of bikes. Located around retail area which is not ideal for centre of Saint Malo. Good sized and comfortable. Bath in room was great after a day cycling. Breakfast a little over-priced. Helpful front desk."

"We had a fabulous holiday while staying at the Gite. Ideal base for touring this side of Normandy. Such a pretty and quite place to stay. Fantastic dark sky above the Gite. Was very warm and cosy inside. Valerie is the perfect host, warm and friendly. Perfect welcome drink of home made Calvados. Gorgeous garden and sun trap. Beautiful friendly dog next door. If you want peace and lots of beautiful towns and beaches. This Gite is ideal for any family. We will be back. "

"From start to finish the owner was amazing. Great communication and when we arrived check in was seamless. The house and grounds are nothing but amazing. The whole stay was relaxing and peaceful.Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and lounge.Breakfast and outdoor dining on the large patio was perfect with a BBQ area already setup. "We traveled as a family group 6 adults and 2 children we were welcomed by David, great location so near the beach local seafood was excellent, we had a problem with a leak on the spa, contacted the host who came and repaired it, excellent service."

"A warm welcome awaited us upon arrival. The property, was as described however we were sorry to find that the sea view was now being built upon. Luckily the building work wasn’t too noisy and didn’t affect our enjoyment. Lovely comfortable beds. Lots of equipment within the property. Having the shade of the wooden structure in the back garden was welcome when very sunny and warm. The area in and around Agon-Coutainville is beautiful and people very friendly. Ideally for visiting the D Day beaches, memorials and museums and also Bayeux. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Lovely hosts."
