"Breakfast and room were great, however, we booked this hotel based on indoor pool and once arriving it had no water in it. Our kids were disappointed not to swim. We should have been informed the pool wasn't open so we had a chance to find a hotel with all the amenities we wanted."

"Liked the location of the property - close to Horseheads restaurants, etc.. Like others have posted, it can be a little difficult to locate in the dark, but once you've figured that out it's fine. Staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help out. The room was clean and everything functioned well. The fitness center isn't an actual fitness center, but if you need that you can make the short trek to Horseheads Planet Fitness. About a 20–25-minute trip to wineries at the south end of Seneca Lake. A no-frills Inn, but definitely worth the money and will definitely stay here again."

"In an area just outside of town and off the main highway so it was quiet. Minimal breakfast options but there are good restaurants nearby in Watkins Glen. We would stay here again for sure!"
